The answer depends on how quickly shipping is completed, and impression kits are mailed back to our dental lab for processing. On average, it can take from 2 to 6 weeks to complete your custom dental appliance.

We ship nationwide using Canada Post.

Visit https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/pr-rc/en/get-return-label?id=PR411503 to create a return ǪR code for your impression kits. A Canada Post retail employee scans the ǪR code, prints the returns label and sends your prepaid impression kit back to us.

Don’t worry, we do an impression verification check to make sure that your impressions are good for fabricating your custom dental appliance. We ask that you email photos of your impressions to us at verify@CANAwhite.ca and wait for our quality assurance team members to approve your impressions prior to mailing them back to us. If your impressions require some improvements, we will send you a one-time replacement impression kit free of charge. Be sure to check out our ‘how to take your own impressions video’

When it comes to teeth whitening, all natural teeth have a saturation point. Once this point is reached, your natural teeth cannot become whiter. Teeth can stain and appear darker overtime. Our CANAwhite/CANAblanc teeth whitening products will help to restore your teeth to their whitest natural tooth shade by removing those tough stains. If you have restorations such as veneers, crowns, or bridges, CANAwhite/CANAblanc will remove the stains but will not alter the original shade of the restorations.

CANAwhite/CANAblanc teeth whitening products are manufactured in Canada at a Canadian manufacturing plant in Waterloo, Ontario. All teeth whitening products are made with natural ingredients that are vegan friendly, animal cruelty-free, and enamel safe. These product formulas have been well tested and are used by millions of Canadians all across the country!

In Canada, teeth whitening is regulated to those ages 12 and older. Our custom dental appliances are not recommended for those under 18 years of age, have poor oral health conditions, or are undergoing orthodontic treatments. In those circumstances, we recommend you seek a dental healthcare professional in-person to discuss your dental treatments options. Although our custom dental appliances are not recommended for those wearing braces, our CANAwhite/CANAblanc teeth whitening pen products can still be used to safely whiten your teeth while wearing braces. If you are pregnant, teeth whitening products are not recommended as limited studies are available on the potential risks.
