Protect Your Teeth from Grinding
Protect your teeth throughout your sleep with our custom-made CANAwhite/CANAblanc night guards.
Thousands of Canadians suffer from teeth clenching and grinding during their sleep. Clenching and grinding your teeth is also known as bruxism. Many bruxers are completely unaware of their clenching and grinding habits, as it often occurs when they are asleep. Bruxers may wake up with sore jaws, TMJ issues, or headaches. This leads to disrupted sleep patterns and further damages to your teeth and gums. Wearing a night guard can help to protect your teeth from the damages caused by clenching and grinding throughout the nighttime. Our CANAwhite/CANAblanc Night guards are available in 3 different thicknesses to accommodate those from light, moderate to severe to heavy bruxing.

Also, orthodontic treatments involve the movement of teeth, so your night guards should be made after completion of that process. We recommend that you seek your dental specialist in-person to discuss the treatment options for you. We do recommend once your braces are off to order our CANAwhite/CANAblanc night guards as a great back-up option to prevent damages caused by clenching and grinding during your sleep.

We ask that you email photos of your impressions to us at verify@CANAwhite.ca and wait for our quality assurance team members to approve your impressions prior to mailing them back to us. If your impressions require some improvements, we will send you a one-time replacement impression kit free of charge.
You should wear your night guards anytime that you are planning on falling asleep. This includes naps! Night guards are not to be used while eating and therefore should be removed during that time.
